Why I Coach
My journey, like many others, has been shaped by the heartache and upheaval of divorce.
I’ve felt the sting of change and faced the uncertainty it brings, wrestling with the same daunting questions you might be facing now.
It was hard because I faced those challenges alone, and it took the best part of seven years to offload all the negative emotional baggage I had been carrying.
If Divorce & Breakup coaches had existed then, I would not have experienced so much distress and wasted so much time. That’s the main reason why I decided to train as a Coach, to be able to help others avoid the same negative experience.

“During my divorce, the real challenges came from the emotions I was feeling: the anger, the regret, the depression, the fear, the shame, the pain”
My Training & Accreditation
I am trained and certified by Sara Davison, The Divorce Coach, and the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence (IDCCE), but my real qualifications come from the life lessons learned on the ground — lessons I’m eager to share with you.
