Who we are
Brighter Future Coaching is a trading name of NJT Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 05249386), registered office Unit 3 Elgar Business Centre, Moseley Road, Hallow, Worcester, England, WR2 6NJ. What we collect
When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and your message. Please share only what you’re comfortable with — you don’t need to go into detail about your situation until we speak.
If you become a coaching client, we’ll also keep notes of our sessions and records needed to arrange and invoice your coaching.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free discovery call.
- To provide coaching if you choose to go ahead.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We rely on your request to us (taking steps before entering into a contract) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers who help us run this website and our email — our website host, our email provider and Google (for Google Analytics, described below) — and only as far as needed to provide those services. They are required to keep your information secure.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 7 years from when you send them. Client records are kept for 7 years after coaching ends. After that, they are securely deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how people use it — for example, which pages are read most and how visitors find the site — so we can improve it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, your approximate location (town or country) and the type of device and browser you use. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and we don’t use it for advertising.
The information is processed by Google, which may transfer it outside the UK, including to the USA. We use Google Analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website. Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, then deletes it automatically.
You can turn Google Analytics off for this website at any time with the button below. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on from tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The contact form uses hCaptcha to check that messages come from a person, not a bot. When you use the form, hCaptcha processes information about your device and browser for this purpose and may store what it needs for that check in your browser. It does this under its own privacy policy at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
We don’t use advertising cookies. If you turn analytics off, the website remembers that choice in your browser. It isn’t sent to us.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. To do so, please get in touch using the contact form. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
